AICHELIN of Austria. "AICHELIN, one of the world leaders for industrial heat treatment, has appointed Shengyong Du as the new Managing Director for the Chinese market. The trained industrial engineer will direct company business from Beijing, being responsible for two production sites, five after-sales centers, and two distribution sites. "We are delighted that Du Shengyong will further strengthen our operations in China in his new role as CEO, and solidify Aichelin's position in the Far East market with his many years of experience", says Dr. Peter Schobesberger, Managing Director of the AICHELIN Group.In January 2015, Mr. Du joined AICHELIN China as COO and was responsible for the gradual optimization of all processes and procedures. As CEO, he will replace Sun Yefan, who founded AICHELIN China 30 years ago and will remain with the company in an advisory capacity. In addition, Mr. Du is a member of the Chinese Society for Metals and Secretary General of the RWTH Aachen Alumni Club in China.
